After over a year of iteration on pricing and business model for Autocode, we are announcing a change in direction for the business. First, to be clear, Autocode will continue to operate normally – we will continue to provide service to both new and existing customers. The good news is that we have gotten Autocode to a point where, as a product, it is cash flow positive: it generates more revenue for us than it costs to run it. However, the less comfortable news is that Autocode does not generate enough revenue to cover salaries for a team of four – our current team size. The team has seen the writing on the wall for a while and has had time to prepare. With that in mind, we are making two changes to the business.
