DM staff application bot
This is a DM staff application app from which you can take interviews of your server members to give them staff roles.
Features
- User can easily apply through select menu.
- User can cancel the interview if they want.
- Answers will be logged in the channel and mods can easily review submitted applications.
Setup Instruction
Step-1 : Type apply in your server channel and an select menu embed will come.
(apply command had to be used by admin only, so that users can directly choose from the embed to start the application process)
Step-2 : Select the option in that menu
Step-3 : After you select the option, the application process will start in users DM. A DM will come as shown in the image below
Step-4 : After you react on the check mark, your application process will start.
How can they cancel the process?
User can do that just by typing cancel in the DM.
Where the users answers will be saved?
You have to put the channel id in Environment Variables ANSWERS_LOG where you save the users answer.
LOG channel?
Here you have to put the normal log channel id of your server, if someone starts or cancel the application process that will be logged into that channel.
How can i add or remove questions?
You can change them here in questions.js file
