Use Modals With Button!

This App Will Allow You To Setup Button Which When Clicked Opens Up A Modal, Users Answer In Modals Will Go Into Channel Entered (ENV Variable)!

You an Customise Modal, Howerver the Default Modal For This App Is Related to Mod Application! And Command To Activate Is !apply.

Setup

Install App Press Install Button => Enter A Good Name For Your Project => Link Your Bot => It Will Ask For Channel ID (Enter Channel ID Where Submissions Should Go) => Press Install App 🎉🎉 ConGo Your App IS succesfully Setuped!!

Customise

In Button.js

You Can Customise MSg That Will Send MSG Which Will Send Msg With Button
You Can Change Button Name.
You Can Change Embed Title and Content Too...
In Modal.js
Change Title Of Modal
You can Even Chanage Questions Of Modals
In Submit.js
You can change title of embed in which all answers of user will be there!
You Have to change 'name' with questions.
