Basic Recipe Template
Want to create your own recipe page for your blog? Or Just have a spot to save all of your favourite recipes to?
Well this app is perfect for you, it offers almost everthing that a recipe blog post offers you, that includes the lONG annoying read about the recipe part, the recipe at the bottom of the
and those wonderfully annoying pop up ads!
Customise it yourself
Changing the Background
To change the backgrounds of the website, head over to styles.css and scroll down to where it says Body and there you can add ANY images you want
in place of the example imaga link I have there.
Editing the Recipe Card
To start editing your recipe card you can head down to line 35 in the index.html file and that is where you will find the part for the reciepe template
edit it up as you wish, and adding or remove from it.
Editing the Nav bar and the pop up
Nav Bar
Jump over into the styles.css folder and sroll all the way down to the line 187 and start editing! the
background-color part is where you will be changing with a hex code, those can be found by googling google hex code,
same will go for the nav bar's hover effect change them to what ever you want.'
Pop up
In styles.css scroll down to the line 153 and you can see the css for the pop up container, and to change the color just go to the part
where says background and background-color and change them to the color that suits you the best!
Extras
This comes with a free ginger beer recipe that I use my self, it is not alcoholic for those wondering how ever if you do let it sit too long it will turn into vinegar.
