This app turns your bot into a ticketing system! It allows members of your server who need
assistance to create tickets that turn into private help channels. Just follow the prompts and
this README to set it up.
How it works:
Creating a Ticket
Run !ticketcreate in your ticket channel. The bot will delete your message and replace it with the ticket message where ANYONE can react to make a ticket.
Ticket Opened
When someone reacts to the message, your bot will automatically create a channel. The channel will
be visible to the person who opened the ticket and server members with the staff role you specify.
Deleting a ticket
Once your staff has resolved the ticket, they can click the CLOSE button and the bot will send a confirmation message. The bot will also log the ticket in the LOG channel.
How to get the required IDs
To install this app, you will have to get the ID of your staff role and the ID for the LOG CHANNEL from your Discord server:
STAFF ROLE ID
LOG CHANNEL ID
Just add those into the environment variables when installing this app and you're done! You've got your very own ticket bot!
